We can help you achieve your goals through a combination of nutrition counseling, meal planning, training plans, and even weight loss medications.
Managing Chronic Health Conditions
Let us help you take control over your hypertension, diabetes, heart disease, and other chronic illnesses! Our goal is to help you taper off as many medications as possible.
This is truly primary care that makes you primary! Let us help coordinate medical care with your specialists, manage medication, and be your hospital advocate when you’re ill. As a member of our wellness program, you will have same day or next day appointments when you need to be seen. Office visits are a minimum of thirty minutes long. We can make house calls when needed as well. We’re happy to see ages twelve and up.
Walk with the Doc
Join Dr. Purcell and her staff for scheduled walks at the park! Bring your spouse, friend, kids, or pets. This is a fun community building activity that you’ll want to attend on a regular basis.
Annual Wellness Program
The Annual Wellness Program is the cornerstone of our practice. Each year you’ll have testing that examines your heart, lungs, circulation, vision, hearing, and more. It includes a specialized panel of bloodwork as well. All of this is designed to give us information that helps you live a long, productive, and happy life!
Join us in our new yoga studio! We’ve created a wonderful space for our patients to attend yoga classes. There is no additional fee for patients enrolled in our wellness program. Current classes include Flow Yoga, Yoga 101, and Chair Yoga. Classes are available by reservation.
