Service Description

This is truly primary care that makes you primary! Let us help coordinate medical care with your specialists, manage medication, and be your hospital advocate when you’re ill. As a member of our wellness program, you will have same day or next day appointments when you need to be seen. Office visits are a minimum of thirty minutes long. We can make house calls when needed as well. We’re happy to see ages twelve and up.
